Salary
Japanese & Korean
- Freshers -
: 7000- 7500 RM /Per
Month
- 1-2 years of Experience in Call Centre
: 7500-

Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean and speak English at an
advanced level(to liaise with Korean speaking client).
- Provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone &
written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation
in Korean in order to liaise with Korean client.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and attention to
detail.
- Desire to learn and apply specific sales training
techniques to generate revenue.
- Able to work all shifts, as well as on weekends
and public holidays.
- Administratively meticulous and performance
driven.
- Provide support to the contact centre with
regards to passenger’s tickets, special request, and airport assistance
for our internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer
application skills.
- Ability to work in a team with a diverse culture.
- WSQ training will be provided to successful
applicants.

Process:
