Statement by the Prime Minister of Canada ON Thanksgiving Prime Minister Stephen Harper today Issued The Following statement on the occasion of Thanksgiving:
"Thanksgiving is a time When family and friends gather together to celebrate and appreciate the blessings we enjoy Many here in Canada.
"It is a time to Reflect on how Fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful, prosperous, peaceful and Democratic country. It est aussi a day to remember Those Who are less Fortunate.
"On this special holiday, let us give thanks to our aussi Canadian Armed Forces and to all work tirelessly to Citizens Who protect Canadians from harm Both at Home and Abroad. Let us pay special tribute to Those Safeguarding our well-being, rights and Freedoms, and to Those Who won't beautiful rhythms Their families on this special occasion Given Their duty to country. We are grateful for the aussi Many Volunteers and All Those That Generously give Their Time, experience and expertise to Strengthen Our Communities and make a difference Every Day across Canada.
